Hi all
This year I've set myself the goal of running a half-marathon. I will be pounding the pavement to complete a gruelling 21.1km run.
I am running for a cause. As many of you know, I lost my father to cancer in 2012. I want to do something positive, so I am asking you to please sponsor me by donating to Cure Cancer Australia. You will find a blurb about who they are and what they do at the bottom of this page.
I *WAS* aiming to raise $1000, but my very generous friends and family have smashed that target, so I've increased it to $2000 - enough to fund an entire week of research. I don't run until 23 March, so $2000 is more than possible. Every cent you donate brings us that little bit closer. Please give what you can spare. You are able to donate anonomously if you wish or you can be loud and proud about it if that's more you're style. Please share the link far and wide too.
